Interested individuals must apply for admission to ASU as an undergraduate student seeking a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN). This will be followed by completing prerequisite course requirements in order to be admitted to the nursing major.

Applications for admission to the RN Baccalaureate Program are accepted twice a year:
- April 1st for the August track
- September 1st for the January track
Admission Criteria:
- Regular admission to Arizona State University (as an undergraduate Nursing Major).
- Complete all general education prerequisites with an earned minimum prerequisite
GPA of 2.75. - Satisfactory completion of all prerequisite courses with a grade of "C" or better.
- Submit application for admission to the College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation, RN-BSN program track, including:
- Negative TB skin test
- Hepatitis immunizations or titer
- Two doses of MMR or appropriate titers
- Tetanus/Diphtheria immunization
- Proof of Chicken Pox (Varicella) titer. If negative, must submit
documentation of immunizations - Class 1 fingerprint clearance card
Note: Selection is competitive and all qualified applicants may not be accepted.
