Materials required for application process
Apply to the Graduate College – In the “Find your Degree/Certificate Program” section, select the Certificate button, and then select “Nurse Education in Academic and Practice Settings” found in the category “Health Sciences and Allied Fields.” The following materials are required:
- Resume or curriculum vitae (upload into the Graduate College application)
- Statement of professional goals (upload into the Graduate College application – 500 words or less)
- Three letters of recommendation (download reference forms from the link in the Graduate College application)
- Official transcripts (must be addressed to Graduate College, Arizona State University, Administration Bldg. B-Wing, Room 170, PO Box 871003, Tempe, AZ 85287-1003)
Admission requirements
- Minimum of a baccalaureate degree in nursing or a related field
- RN license
- Interview with program faculty
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 or better
