The North Tempe Health Center is a nurse-managed health center supported by the ASU College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation. North Tempe Health Center aims to promote healthy lifestyles and behaviors, improve quality of life, and provide access to healthcare for uninsured or underinsured individuals, children and families in Tempe.
General primary care health services are available for Tempe residents including school, camp and sports physicals, check-ups, screenings, treatment for minor illnesses and other routine health services that the public needs to promote healthy living. Payment for services is based on a sliding-fee scale that is determined by the City of Tempe and the ASU College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation Office of Clinical Practice & Community Partnerships. Eligibility for a reduced fee charge for service is based on income and number of people in the family.
A family nurse practitioner is on staff to help you. Appointments can be scheduled; same day appointments are often available.
