Serving the public for more than three decades, Community Health Services (CHS) Clinic is a unique family healthcare clinic where nurse practitioners and nurses are the primary providers of care. Clinic services are focused on health promotion and are intended to promote and maintain wellness, and reduce health risks by providing health information and education, health maintenance, and the treatment of minor illness. CHS offers quality, affordable healthcare services to individuals from infancy to old age, while serving as a site for undergraduate and graduate student training, as well as faculty practice and research.
Mission
