The College of Nursing & Health Innovation's Information Systems team uses an online Help Desk system for managing trouble calls and other service requests from CONHI faculty and staff. You can access this system at http://nursing.asu.edu/helpdesk to open a new service request, track the status of open requests, or search the knowledge base of common problem solutions. Download instructions for using the Help Desk system.
Once a request is posted, it will be automatically logged in our Help Desk system and the IS staff will address it as quickly as possible.
Please do not re-enter pending requests. Requests of equal priorities will be handled in the order they are received. Please provide as much information and detail as possible regarding the problem you are experiencing.
