accessing the intranet

Whether you are required to login or not, depends on your location. Downtown campus or other campuses and remote locations.

To access the Intranet, under the main navigation (About, Academics, etc.) of the College web site, click Faculty/Staff → Intranet Login or Click Here. If you do not know your password or are having difficulities logging in please e-mail: conwebmaster@asu.edu or Julie.Leuthard@asu.edu.   

downtown campus

If you are logged in to your PC with your ASURITE, and you are on the Downtown Phoenix campus, you should not be prompted to log in to the Intranet again. Under the main green navigation of the College web site, click Faculty/Staff → Intranet Login.

other campuses and remote locations

Other campuses should be able to access the Intranet without a separate login soon. In the meantime, here is how you log in:

• A default login may appear in the window that pops up, for example, NUR4018055XP\yourusername. This is not correct.
• If the box does not pop up with ASURITE\yourusername, then clear all of the contents in the User Name section and type in:
  • ASURITE\yourusername   
    you must preclude your user name with ASURITE\
  • password
• Note: These should be the same user name and password you enter when you log in to your computer
• In order to access the College of Nursing Intranet, you must change your ASURITE Password every 180 days. More Information...
