- “Favor de Tocar (Please Touch).” $10,460 (direct and indirect costs). A program to support breast health education for an immigrant population. Sponsor: Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Phoenix Affiliate. March, 2007.
- Cervical Cancer Screening for Vulnerable Women. $3,500 (direct and indirect costs). Sponsor: Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. June, 2006.
- ¡Estamos Listos! (We are ready!) Continuation Funding. A program to improve the cultural competency of undergraduate and nurse practitioner students prior to graduation. Sponsor: BHHS Legacy Foundation. $40,000 (direct costs), March, 2006.
- HIV Testing – Integration into a Family Planning Program. Supplemental funding to support integration of HIV testing in a family planning clinic serving a Hispanic population. Sponsor: The Arizona Family Planning Council (Title X Grantee, federal oversight agency). $87,282 (direct and indirect costs). Project period 9/01/2004 through 8/31/2007.
- Title X Family Planning Program. A family planning program provided in partnership with Grace Lutheran Church of Phoenix. Comprehensive free/low cost family planning program serving a Hispanic population living below the federal poverty guideline that does not qualify for Medicaid. Sponsor: The Arizona Family Planning Council (Title X Grantee, federal oversight agency). $260,242 (direct and indirect costs) awarded in 2007.
