Faculty and staff are encouraged to have a profile web page on the College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation web site. Profile pages are important to the individual, as well as the college as a whole. The profile pages are a request from our students, particularly requests for pictures, as well as some of the top viewed pages on our web site. Sample of a completed profile page.
Your page will display when your name is clicked from the Directory page, as well as from the listing of all faculty and staff profiles. If your name on the Directory is not a hyperlink, then you do not have a profile page. Your profile page will be based on the information that you provide; it is extremely important and helpful that you follow these instructions.
Instructions:
1. Your profile page is intended to be brief. The blank profile form
(MS Word) can be saved to your desktop and you can type in your information in the blank table cells. Sample information is displayed in the right column for your reference. No formatting is necessary in the Word document; the webmaster will format the text on the web page.2. Content for your page will be based on the sample format given only; no additional information will be posted. Each person is limited to five (5) bulleted items in each of the (3) categories: publications, grants and projects, and honors/awards.
3. If you would like to have a profile web page, please complete the profile form (MS Word) and e-mail to Julie Leuthard with a recent photo (portrait style) in jpeg format. If you do not have a current photo, please e-mail Terry.Olbrysh@asu.edu, Director of Marketing and Communications and he will assist you.
4. A draft of your page will be sent to you for review; please respond to the draft e-mail as the page will not be made active on the web until your approval is received.
5. Updates to your profile content are the faculty and staff responsibility and changes can be e-mailed at any time to Julie.Leuthard@asu.edu.
