The Mary Louise Williams award is named for the judge on the quorum court who was responsible for obtaining funding for a program that provides drug rehabilitation services to Pulaski county parolees. The award is a community service award for coordinating the organization’s health fair, where we provided health promotion education and disease prevention screenings for 600 parolees, 2006.
